Thermal Printer Integration Enable native support for thermal receipt printers (80mm or 56mm), allowing automatic receipt generation at the point of sale upon successful transaction. External Barcode Scanner Compatibility Support plug-and-play USB or Bluetooth barcode scanners, enabling fast product scanning that automatically adds items to the sale register during POS transactions. Dynamic Inventory & Stock Updates Introduce an intuitive module to easily add, remove, or update product inventory quantities as needed. This should also reflect immediately in stock reports. Variant-Wise Stock Tracking Display remaining stock levels per product variant, such as sizes or colors (e.g., T-shirt – Small: 5 pcs, Medium: 10 pcs, Large: 3 pcs, etc.). This is crucial for apparel and multi-variant item management. PWA & Offline POS Mode with Sync Support Add Progressive Web App (PWA) capabilities for the POS system, allowing it to work offline in case of network outages. Transactions made offline should automatically synchronize with the backend once connectivity is restored. These features would not only enhance usability but also cater to a broader audience — especially in regions with unstable internet or diverse retail needs.
