Currently, only a straight line is shown between the delivery boy and customer on the map, which is causing confusion.

Request: Please update the tracking system to show the actual route and live movement of the delivery boy on the map.

This will:

• Help customers track accurately

• Guide the delivery boy to the exact location

• Reduce unnecessary calls and delays

It would be great to add an optional “Tip the Delivery Partner” feature for customers during or after delivery.

This will:

• Motivate delivery boys

• Encourage better service

• Show appreciation from customers

Please include a “Help” or “Complain” button for customers in case:

• There’s a delay

• Order is incorrect

• Delivery boy can’t be reached
